It started with an existential crisis.
After landing my dream corporate job in 2024, I felt an unexpected sense of disillusionment. In the wake of achieving one dream, I realized I had so many more dreams inside of me…
It was time to pursue a new one!
I decided to turn my longstanding passion for baking into a professional craft and enrolled in pastry school at the Institute of Culinary Education.
I quickly fell in love with the kitchen; the discipline, the focus, and the meditative repetition that culminated in beautiful, delicious outputs.
Since graduating, and spending time working in the industry, I’m thrilled to open forum — my very own love letter to baking, art, & celebration.
