Andy, thank you for sharing your photos with us! Empire State Buildings observation desk was a lot less crowded back in 2002.

I wanted to ask, what time of the year was these photos taken? Is it winter?

Excellent job, Andy. It's always great to see the awesome shots one can get from the top of the Empire State Building. May I ask you where you took this photo?

These ones were taken in Febuary/March 2002

I'm sure that was taken in the Bushwick area just above Kings on Broadway somewhere between DeSales Pl and Interstate 278, I know it was somewhere on the 3.2 miles of Broadway i have described above. Sorry I can't pin point for you.
